What We Do

Corporate Stress Management Training

We are a boutique training organisation and we tailor our offerings to respond to the needs of each of our clients. Using techniques taken from the latest in neuroplasticity research findings.

Our approach to corporate training is practical. The tools we offer to participants are simple, efficient and effective. The goal of our stress management short courses, anxiety and depression management training and all other workshops is to equip people to deal with stress as it happens, at their desks, using proven techniques. Science tells us that the brain learns best with ‘little and often’ exercises that are perfect for the business environment.

Depending on your requirements we are able to offer one-hour lunch-and-learn sessions, and three-hour or full-day workshops designed to teach new approaches to stress and more adaptive patterns of behaviour. These programs are ideal for staff who work under pressure, and who require ‘real time’ interventions when stressed, in order to remain healthy and productive.

Our Stress Management short courses combine our expertise in:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
  • Neuroplasticity and neuroscience
  • Guided meditation
  • Self-guided hypnosis
  • Psycho-nutrition
  • Mindset Training

Stress management corporate training and any other workshops can include a suite of take-home materials and CDs, as required.

We’d love to speak with you about the requirements of your organisation, and provide you with a suggested way forward. Please request a call from our psychologists using the contact form and we’ll be in touch with you shortly.
